Nominating Committee

Mission Summary

The Nominating Committee is responsible to annually solicit, interview, vet, and nominate a  slate of candidates to the LSRPA Board of Trustees. 

The guidelines, will be reviewed annually by the Nominating Committee and the immediate past President of the LSRPA.

2024 Call for Nominations for Board of Trustees (BOT) Positions

Submission Deadline Extended to 5:00pm on July 15, 2024

The LSRPA is requesting applications for nominations from LSRPA general members in good standing for the six (6) positions on the Board of Trustees (BOT) when the current terms expire in December 2024. BOT members are voted-in at the Association's Annual Meeting for a two-year term.

The LSRPA Nominating Committee is responsible for receiving, evaluating and recommending a properly selected slate of candidates to be placed in nomination before the membership for election. This year’s Nominating Committee members are Dudley Warner (Chair), Kathleen Whooley, Michael Morris, Cathy Bryant, David Morris, Bill Call and Mark Pietrucha.

The six (6) BOT positions that expire this term are currently held by Alex Saltzman, Brandi Gray, Marlene Lindhart, Chris Dailey, Sonya Ward and Rebecca Hollender.

The committee has formalized a set of the nominations metrics that will be used in the selection process. The basic requirements are as follows:

  1. Nominees must be an active member of LSRPA in good standing; self-nominations from LSRPA members who are in good standing are permitted.
  2. Sitting Board Members must renominate and submit a completed application.
  3. Nominations must be received by 5:00 pm on July 15, 2024.
  4. All nominees are subject to conflict of interest verification.
