Did you know that on January 21, 2025, the NJDEP published a rule proposal to implement the law commonly referred to as the “Dirty Dirt” law?  (https://dep.nj.gov/rules/notice-of-rule-proposals/20250121a/)  

A number of committees are currently reviewing the proposal and preparing comments on behalf of the LSRPA.

Please join us for a one hour long, informal Member Chat where a panel of LSRPA members will summarize some of the changes found in the proposal, identify potential impacts to our membership, and get your thoughts and input. This Member Chat will be moderated by David Sweeney; while the discussions will be led by Mark Fisher, Kathi Stetser, Charlene Drake and Bill Silverstein.
