Course Description:

In this regulatory roundtable presentation, LSRPs, Kathi Stetser and Mark Fisher, will discuss the implications for LSRPs when historic fill is identified during site remediation. Key points to be discussed:

• Regulatory Guidance: Overview of current regulations and guidance concerning historic fill and its implications for remediation practices.
• Technical Submittals: Examination of necessary technical documents and submissions related to historic fill.
• Remedial Action Strategies: Strategies for effective remediation when historic fill is present, focusing on best practices for LSRPs.

NOTE: The presentation will be followed by a 30-minute moderated open discussion in which we invite attendees to provide suggested revisions and recommended improvements to NJDEP Historic Fill Guidance.
