Review of the overall Administrative RAP Approval Letter process and common administrative RAP application deficiencies. Please note, beginning in March 2024, the Bureau of Case Assignment and Initial Notice began issuing Administrative RAP Approval Letters for select RAP Modification Applications and for Transfer/Change of Property Ownership RAP Applications.

Continuing Education Credits (CECs): The NJDEP has been approved by the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board (SRPLB) for 0.5 Regulatory Credit and 1.5 Technical Credits (#2024-034) for this course. Once the CECs are approved, certificates will be made available via an email link to those participants who have requested to receive CECs and meet the requirements. Credits may be applicable to New Jersey PE licenses, PE licenses from other states, and PG licenses from other states; please verify the requirements that apply to your licenses.
