Please Join Us for Our 2024 Virtual Annual Membership Meeting

The LSRPA is holding its Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, beginning at 4:00pm via Zoom. During the Annual Meeting:

• Pursuant to our Bylaws, Regular Members (LSRPs) in good standing (i.e., not in default of payment) will vote on the proposed slate of candidates for the 2024 Board of Trustees (BOT) and on the LSRPA’s proposed 2024 budget.
• LSRPA will recognize all Board Members who are stepping down from the BOT.

The Nominating Slate is currently located on the homepage of LSRPA’s website under Latest News. The Proposed 2024 Budget can be accessed here.

In accordance with LSRPA Policy 2023-03, you can access the Certified List of Members who are eligible to vote at the February 27, 2024 Annual Meeting here: Updated Certified List (first version posted on February 12, 2024)

If you are a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and LSRPA member in good standing (annual membership payment has been received by LSRPA) and are not on the following list, please contact Mike Poland ([email protected]) so we can update your status in our database.
 
Please note that we are updating our list as we receive additional payments online and by check. If you plan on paying by check and have not done so yet, we encourage you to contact Anne Lazo at [email protected] to receive a link to pay by eCheck. Payment must be received by LSRPA for a member to qualify to vote.

Voting by Proxy:

In accordance with Policy 2023-03, Annual Membership Meetings and Voting, eligible members who would like to vote by proxy must notify LSRPA’s secretary (Mike Poland) in writing at least one (1) week prior to the Annual Meeting. In accordance with the policy, the notice must include the member’s intent to vote by proxy and the  name, email address and phone number of the individual who will deliver their vote (e.g., their proxy holder) and the time frame the proxy will be valid. Please review Policy 2023-03 for additional information and requirements.
