Description:

Complete your 8-hour HAZWOPER Refresher training with the LSRPA! This training is designed to meet the annual refresher requirements for OSHA 1910.120 hazardous waste site workers. The course will be conducted through two four-hour virtual live sessions.

The course will be instructed by David Sweeney, Assistant Executive Director at the LSRPA, who has vast emergency response experience. Mr. Sweeney will cover all essential topics outlined in the OSHA 1910.120 standard, including PPE, air monitoring, hazard identification, and risk assessment. He will also facilitate any questions and comments from participants, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Attendance at both sessions is mandatory and will be monitored throughout the training. Additionally, participants are required to pass a final quiz to successfully complete the course.
