Course Description:

The Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board adopted rules which lay out the mechanism for issuing and renewing licenses, as well as establish Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) conduct requirements drawn from the Site Remediation Reform Act and other sources of authority. This course, instructed by the Chair of the Board Rules Committee, an environmental attorney, and an LSRP/Board Member, will cover the newly amended Board Rules with particular emphasis on substantive Rule changes and sections of the Rule that are key for successful implementation of an LSRPs role in the Site Remediation Process. This course will also explore the legal connection between the amendments to the Rules and the law, including with regard to the LSRP Code of Conduct embedded within the Rules.
