Course Description:

This ever-evolving 3-hour LSRP Ethics course will provide the continued review and reinforcement of professionalism and ethics to LSRPs and environmental practitioners in performing their functions to protect human health and the environment.

Instructors will explore:

• Professionalism and ethics from an LSRP perspective
• Common conflicts and pitfalls
• Licensing Board rules versus the Code of Conduct
• Recent enforcement actions and decisions.

The instructors encourage attendees to bring ethical topics for discussion to enhance learning.

This course is intended for LSRPs, environmental professionals, attorneys and engineers in closely allied fields.

• LSRP: 3.0 Ethics
• NJ Attorneys: 3.6 CLEs*
• NJ Professional Engineers: 3.0 CPCs
• NY Professional Engineer and Geologists: 1.0 Ethics PDH, 2.0 PDHs
