Description:

New Jersey Brownfield sites continue to thrive and grow! In this 90-minute course, environmental professionals will learn about the exciting new initiatives, incentives, and updates to the many facets of Brownfields remediation efforts and re-development in New Jersey. Representatives from NJDEP and NJEDA, Frank McLaughlin and Elizabeth Limbrick, will discuss important changes to the NJDEP Brownfields Program including new and current BDA designations, new site application process, continued funding opportunities, HDSRF funding updates, and newly established funding and tax credit initiatives. In addition, they will provide strategies for working with LSRPs, municipalities, developers and stakeholders in remediating sites.
