Course Description:

When the person responsible for conducting remediation (PRCR) fails to meet a mandatory or regulatory time frame, the NJDEP has developed a variety of options to achieve compliance. The presentation will provide important information on the various Administrative Consent Orders available to PRCR and prospective buyers to ensure remediation activities continue timely and in compliance.

• Earned Adjustments Direct Oversight ACOs
• Pre-Purchaser ACOs

Immediately following the presentation and Q&A session, there will be an open forum roundtable discussion identifying critical issues or problems LSRPs feel directly impacts their work.
