Course Description:

A remedial action workplan provides the “road map” to remediation activities at a site. This presentation will discuss the regulatory, technical and administrative requirements necessary in the preparation and submission of an NJDEP compliant Remedial Action Workplan (RAW) in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:36E-5.5. Attendees will obtain knowledge of the importance of the development of a RAW in conformance with the standard of care and applicable regulations.

This interactive presentation will review:

• Components of a RAW
• Required permits
• Site restoration considerations
• RAW implementation schedule

Immediately following the presentation and Q&A session, there will be an open forum roundtable discussion identifying critical issues or problems LSRPs feel directly impacts their work.
