New Virtual Course - Register NowDate: October 13, 2022
In this 2-hour course, environmental professionals will learn the regulatory basis, case law, and the application of particular tools and techniques for conducting natural resource damage assessments (NRDA). NRDA provisions are contained in Federal law (e.g., CERCLA, OPA) and in New Jersey state statutes. If a site has been impacted by hazardous substances or petroleum hydrocarbons, even if the contamination has been remediated, the responsible party may still be liable through a NRD claim for interim “service loss” of groundwater, wetland, and/or sediment resources.
