Course Description:

The Soil RAP Guidance Document is designed to assist the person responsible for conducting the remediation (PRCR) to determine when and who is required to obtain a Soil RAP and to assist in navigating the Soil RAP process. The training will offer a detailed discussion of the Soil RAP guidance, updates to the guidance, as well as case study examples and frequently asked questions. This course will be offered both virtually via GoToWebinar and in-person in the NJDEP Public Hearing Room.

Continuing Education Credits:

The Department has applied to the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board (SRPLB) for 0.5 Technical Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and 2.0 Regulatory CECs for this course. The application for CECs is currently before the Licensing Board. Please note certificates WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE until the course is approved by the SRPLB. Credits, once approved, may be applicable to NJ PE licenses, PE licenses from other states, and PG licenses from other states; please verify the requirements that apply to your licenses. After the course is approved, the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA) will provide eligible attendees detailed instructions via email regarding how to obtain a CEC certificate for a fee of $25.
