From mountains to beaches, New Jersey has it all - thanks to its geology! Geology plays a critical role not only in our recreational options but also in remediation. This 2-hour course provides a basic understanding of New Jersey geology and its effects on contamination. Both surficial deposits and bedrock will be discussed as each have unique properties relevant to remediation.
