Three May 2021 mass key document submission dates are rapidly approaching. That means any site where the remediation implemented requires a remedial action permit (RAP), the RAR and RAP application should be submitted in the near future.

Join us for a Chat on January 13, 2021, to hear some tips from the LSRPA regarding RARs and RAP applications. The LSPRA’s remedial action permit stakeholder committee has been working closely with DEP and has identified some considerations necessary for a complete RAR and successful RAP application.
