Based on positive feedback received after presenting at the 2020 NJ Site Remediation Conference, we have expanded this updated version of the course to two hours.  The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A, focusing on LSRP contractual and insurance issues, emergent risk management issues, loss prevention concerns, and practitioner issues, including how these topics interplay with the LSRPs highest priority: to protect public health and safety and the environment.
