John M. Scagnelli has been named by NJBIZ to the Leaders in Law list for 2022. John was recognized for his various contributions to the development of New Jersey environmental law. Throughout his 40 years of experience in the field, John has taught numerous environmental law courses, written and spoken extensively on environmental law matters and has served in key roles for organizations like the NJDEP, New Jersey State League of Municipalities, the New Jersey LSRPA and he serves as a New Jersey Commissioner on the Interstate Environmental Commission.
