NJDEP Seeks Comments from LSRPA Members on new Draft Technical Guidance Document for the Characterization of Contaminated Ground Water Discharge to Surface Water The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has recently released a new Draft Technical Guidance Document for the Characterization of Contaminated Ground Water Discharge to Surface Water. Please send your comments regarding the Draft Technical Guidance Document for the Characterization of Contaminated Ground Water Discharge to Surface Water to [email protected]Friday, July 10, 2015. Comments must be provided using this form. Comments will then be consolidated and a single comprehensive document will be submitted to the NJDEP by the LSRPA Board of Trustees by the NJDEP due date of July 21, 2015. Members of the LSRPA will receive a copy of our comment document once it is submitted, either via eblast or posting to the LSRPA website.
