Please join us for a member chat on Monday, June 10th from 9-10am at which time Michael Gaudio, Bureau Chief from the Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment (CSRR) program within the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, will provide important updates on the soil and ground water Remedial Action Permit (RAP) process.

The CSRR recently issued a new LSRP Supplemental Ground Water RAP application form and a Soil RAP form earlier this year.  Use of these forms allows the NJDEP to expeditiously issue RAPs based on the LSRP's certification, significantly reducing the time to get a permit as well the NJDEP permit backlog.  The LSRPA has worked with CSRR to address some questions with the Soil RAP application form and provided input on a similar form for the Ground Water RAP application form.  (Please click here to read about one LSRP's experience with the soil RAP application form.)
