Call for Presentations: Evolving Remediation Topics
LSRPA Site Remediation Conference March 26 & 27, 2025

We are seeking ideas for 30-MINUTE EVOLVING REMEDIATION TOPICS PRESENTATIONS related to environmental practice and the remediation and redevelopment of contaminated sites, with emphasis on the following themes:
  • Innovative approaches to investigation and remediation
  • Assessing remediation effectiveness
  • Characterization and Remediation in fractured rock and complex geology
  • Examples of green, sustainable and resilient remediation in site remediation and development
  • Ecological evaluation and risk assessment techniques
  • Remediation of environmentally sensitive natural resources (ESNRs)
  • Regulatory/Legal cases with implications well beyond just one particular project
  • Permitting for remediation and redevelopment - implications and not-so-obvious alternatives
  • Emerging contaminants
  • Relevant academic research projects, including emerging contaminants, novel remediation technologies, biogeochemistry, geoinformatics, or NJ geology
  • Other interesting ideas!
Things to Know:
  • All sessions will be part of the 2025 NJSRC, which is scheduled for March 26 and 27 at the New Brunswick Hyatt Hotel.
  • All presenters will be required to pay the Conference Pass fee.
  • The LSRPA reserves the right to accept or reject submissions at its sole discretion.
  • Placement of presentations will be at the sole discretion of the LSRPA.
  • Further instructions will be provided regarding session format, visuals, preparation, etc.

  • Presentation topic and title.
  • A brief bulleted description of the presentation.
  • One line of what makes this presentation unique or exciting.
  • Suggested presenter(s) with short bios and contact information.
