Course Description:

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (NJDEP’s) Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program (CSRRP) will be providing detailed training on the updated Monitored Natural Attenuation (MNA) Technical Guidance document (September 2022, Version 2.0) and the Ground Water Remedial Action Permit (GW RAP) Guidance document (January 2023, proposed Version 2.0).
The Monitored Natural Attenuation Technical Guidance document is designed to provide detailed technical information on the use of MNA as a remedial action for sites with contaminated ground water in New Jersey. The Ground Water RAP Guidance document is designed to assist the person responsible for conducting the remediation to determine when and who is required to obtain a Ground Water RAP and to assist in navigating the Ground Water RAP process. The training will offer a detailed discussion of the revisions made to both guidance documents, as well as case study examples and frequently asked questions.

Additional education credits may be applicable to NJ PE licenses, PE licenses from other states, and PG licenses from other states; please verify the requirements that apply to your licenses.

After the course is complete, the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA) will provide eligible attendees who have requested to receive CECs detailed instructions via email regarding how to obtain a CEC certificate for a fee of $25.
