In this unique three-part series, Aspiring Professionals will be provided with an overview of the risk and liabilities inherent in practicing as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in the state of New Jersey from the legal, insurance, and practitioner perspectives. Risk and liability challenges and best practices for mitigation will be reviewed for Aspiring Professionals to consider through current practices and career growth.

Description:

In Session III, William Call, Vice President of PennJersey Environmental Consulting and LSRPA VP, Internal Affairs, will discuss an LSRP Practitioner’s Perspective on Risk and Liability within the site remediation and environmental consulting industry in New Jersey. In this Session, topics include Importance of Accurate Project Scoping & Budgeting, Managing Client Expectations, Technical Thoroughness/Accurate Submittals to NJDEP, QA/QC for LSRP projects, Meetings with NJDEP Inspectors and Reviewers, Employer/Secondary Insurance Considerations, and a discussion of LSRP Projects and Lessons Learned. A short hybrid networking/question and answer period will follow the presentation.
