Course Description:

The LSRPA bi-annual Ethics course continues to evolve and explore LSRP ethical responsibility and conduct subject to Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board authority.

This course provides:

• An overview of the administrative, regulatory and technical requirements that cause compliance issues for LSRPs
• An up-to-date assessment of Licensing Board decisions and enforcement actions, as well as an identification of the specific code of conduct items that were most cited within the 12-month period
• "What Would You Do" type scenarios and case studies for attendee participation

This course is intended for LSRPs, environmental professionals, attorneys and engineers in closely allied fields.
