Description:

This new two-hour course will provide an in-depth program regarding bedrock investigation and remediation. Instructed by Glenn Iosue and Keith Gaskill (Regenesis) as well as Brian Blum and Bob Bond (Langan), this course will provide attendees with information regarding Remedial Design Characterization for bedrock sites, different remedial amendments and their successful usage, and lessons learned from their experience.

The presentation will include: overview of remediation in fractured bedrock, information regarding bedrock investigations and constructing Conceptual Site Models for bedrock, pitfalls of bedrock investigations and remediations, and best management practices for LSRPs and environmental practitioners to successfully remediate bedrock. Multiple case studies will be included for enhanced learning.
