The focus of the Due Diligence in New Jersey course is to educate those professionals on the environmental risks and liabilities potentially associated with real estate transactions; how environmental due diligence can limit and offer protections against those risks and liabilities; and identify the various laws, regulations, standards, and guidance documents from where the due diligence activities are extracted.
