Description:

The topic of the September 2020 Regulatory Roundtable is Discharge to Groundwater Permit by Rule for In Situ Remediations with the presentation by Elizabeth Bishop of Haley & Aldrich. A Discharge to Groundwater Permit by Rule (DGW-PBR) is an important component when addressing groundwater remedial actions at a site. Elizabeth will review the DGW application components, efficiency in preparation, interactions with NJDEP, considerations for an effective monitoring plan to evaluate in situ remediation's and lessons learned during the process. Time will be allowed for Q&A.

The presentation will be followed by an interactive open forum roundtable discussion moderated by Kassidy Klink. The Regulatory Roundtable Meeting involves a review of regulations governing site remediation and identifies actual problems/issues LSRPs encounter during the remedial process.
