Governor Christie submitted his nominations for the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board to the State Senate on May 10, 2010. The nominations are subject to the advice and consent of the Senate. The Site Remediation Reform Act requires the establishment of a board to administer a licensing program and to enforce professional requirements associated with newly Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP).
